Cancellation and refund policy

One-time payments in INR

Paid RocketiQ programmes use one-time payments in Indian rupees. The price shown at checkout includes applicable taxes. Open-source research projects remain free.

Cancel within 12 hours

A cancellation requested within 12 hours of a successful payment qualifies for a full refund of the amount paid. Eligibility is checked against the payment provider's confirmed payment time.

Use the cancellation form on your private order page. Keep its link private. If you cannot access the page, email contact@therocketiq.com with your order reference and cancellation request.

If the payment time is still awaiting confirmation, an available cancellation request can be submitted while the time is checked. A submitted request is not itself confirmation that a refund has been completed.

Refund confirmation and access

When the refund is confirmed, access to the purchased programme will be removed. Teaching and materials are delivered outside this website, so RocketiQ manages joining details and removal of external access manually.

Refunds are returned through the payment provider. The time for a confirmed refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment method.

Test Mode

Checkout pages and order records marked Test Mode are simulations. They do not charge real money, create a real enrollment, grant external access, or credit a bank account.

Questions or payment problems

Contact contact@therocketiq.com and include your order reference. Do not email card details, passwords, or payment authentication codes.
